【摘要】 目的 探讨玻璃纤维桩在残根、残冠修复中的临床效果。方法 选择42例残根残冠患者,56颗患牙。经完善的根管治疗后,选择采用玻璃纤维桩制作复合树脂桩核,再以烤瓷冠修复,并经过1～2年临床疗效观察。结果 56颗患牙全部修复正常,无纤维桩脱落,修复成功率100%,修复效果满意。结论 玻璃纤维桩的强度高、色泽好、操作方便,在残根残冠修复治疗中能达到良好的修复效果,是一种较理想的修复材料。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of glass fiber posts on restoration of residual roots and crowns.Methods 56 residual teeth of 42 patients were endodontically treated and restored by glass fiber core and crowns, the follow-up was 1 to 2 years.Results 56 cases were satisfactory.The rate of success was 100%.Conclusion Glass fiber pile of high strength, good color and luster,convenient operation, in residual crowns and roots that can be achieved good repair treatment repairing effect, it is a kind of ideal restorative materials.
