【摘要】 目的 探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断子宫内膜息肉与子宫粘膜下肌瘤的声像图表现及鉴别要点。方法 采用高分辨率超声探头及彩色多普勒血流经阴道观察子宫腔内的形态、回声情况、血流状态;回顾性分析和总结78例病理证实为子宫内膜息肉及粘膜下子宫肌瘤的声像图特征。结果 经阴道超声诊断子宫内膜息肉30例,粘膜下肌瘤27例,诊断率分别为68.2%和79.4%。结论 经阴道彩色多普勒超声对子宫内膜息肉及粘膜下肌瘤的鉴别有较高的实用价值,并为临床提供重要的依据。
