【摘要】目的：探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)对主动脉壁内血肿的诊断价值。方法： 使用4层螺旋CT对12例胸背痛，临床怀疑主动脉病变的患者行螺旋CT扫描并诊断为主动脉壁内血肿，所有数据传至工作站进行重建及后处理。结果：12例主动脉壁内血肿中，A型4例，B型8例；其中B型主动脉壁内血肿中，累及胸腹主动脉的4例，累及胸主动脉3例，仅累及腹主动脉1例；2例壁内血肿发展为急性夹层；2例壁内血肿伴穿透性溃疡。结论：MSCT 是检出主动脉壁内血肿的快速、无创检查方法，对临床的诊治有重要的指导意义。
