【摘要】 目的 探讨舒适护理对老年慢性心力衰竭患者生活质量和心功能的影响及效果。方法 对我院收治的208例慢性心力衰竭老年患者进行护理,分为舒适护理组104例与常规护理组104例。结果 舒适护理组在心功能和生活质量等方面均明显优于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论 舒适护理适时的满足了患者身体、心理、社会的需求,提高患者满意度和整体护理质量,促进患者更好地接受治疗,早日回归社会。
