【摘要】 目的 探讨妊娠期急性阑尾炎的临床特点及其诊治方法。方法 回顾性分析39例妊娠期急性阑尾炎患者的临床资料。结果 39例妊娠期急性阑尾炎患者行手术治疗32例,保守治疗7例,先兆流产5例,流产1例,早产1例。结论 妊娠期急性阑尾炎可发生于妊娠各期,早期诊断和及时手术治疗是决定预后的关键。

    The Clinical Diagnosis and Management of Acute Appendicitis During Pregnancy

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical features,diagnoses and treatments of acute appendicitis during pregnancy.Methods The clinical data of thirty-nine patients suffered from acute appendicitis during pregnancy were analyzed retrospectively.Results Thirty-two patients accepted acute operation and seven accepted reserved treatment.There were five patients with threatened abortion and one with abortion and one with premature delivery.Conclusion Acute appendicitis can happen at each stage during pregnancy.Early-diagnose and prompt surgical treatment is the key decision outcomes. ......
