酮替芬联合孟鲁司特钠治疗感染后咳嗽的临床分析

【摘要】 目的 探讨酮替芬联合孟鲁司特钠治疗感染后咳嗽的疗效及安全性。方法 将收治的125例感染后咳嗽患者随机分成2组，A组患儿口服酮替芬、孟鲁司特钠，B组患儿仅口服抗菌药物，比较两组咳嗽症状改善情况、治愈率及不良反应。结果 治疗组咳嗽症状改善明显，有效率较高，与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，且无明显不良反应。结论 酮替芬联合孟鲁司特钠治疗感染后咳嗽疗效确切，安全性好，值得临床推广。
