【摘要】目的 研究反复呼吸道感染患儿红细胞免疫功能的改变，探讨红细胞免疫系统与小儿反复呼吸道感染的关系。方法 应用红细胞酵母花环结合率方法分别测定两组红细胞免疫黏附功能。结果 1.反复呼吸道感染患儿存在红细胞C3b受体活性低下(P<0.05)，其表面免疫复合物明显增多(P<0.05)2. 反复呼吸道感染患儿发病次数与红细胞免疫功能呈负相关。结论 反复呼吸道感染患儿存在红细胞免疫功能低下，红细胞免疫功能降低与该病的发生有一定的相关性。
