贝那普利治疗慢性稳定型心绞痛的疗效分析

【摘要】目的 探讨贝那普利治疗慢性稳定型心绞痛(SAP)的疗效。方法96 例SAP患者随机分为对照组和观察组，两组均给予常规治疗，观察组加服贝那普利。结果 观察组治疗后心绞痛发作的频次、疼痛的程度、运动耐受力或次极量踏车运动试验较治疗前明显改善(P < 0.05)，与对照组比较有显著差异性。结论 在常规治疗SAP基础上，应用贝那普利更能有效缓解冠脉血供及改善缺血相关症状、提高患者生活质量。
