【摘要】目的 探讨肛周脓肿行一期根治性手术的临床疗效。方法 对75例肛周脓肿行一期根治性手术的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 与传统手术方式(对照组)相比，行一期根治性手术(观察组)的创面平均愈合时间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。观察组未发生任何术后后遗症，如肛门失禁、漏气和漏便、肛门狭窄及肛门畸形，肛瘘发生等；其脓肿复发及肛瘘发生率为2.7%，与对照组相比，显著减少(P<0.01)。结论 一期性根治术治疗肛周脓肿在治疗手段和临床疗效上显著优于传统的切开引流手术法。

    Therapeutic efficacy of a one-time radical surgery for patients with perianal abscess

    【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of radical surgery at one-time for patients with perianal abscess.Method:A retrospective clinical analysis was performed to analyze the clinical documents of 75 subjects with perianal abscess undergone a radical surgery at one-time.Results:No significant difference in recovery time post treatment between the control group (conventional surgical therapy) and the test group (radical surgical therapy in one-time) was observed (P>0.05). No sequela was observed post surgical therapy in the test group, such as incontinence, leakage, anal stenosis and anal malformation, and anal fistula. The recurrence rate of abscess and anal fistula in the test group was 2.7%, which was decreased significantly when compared to the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion:The therapeutic efficacy of one-time surgical therapy is more beneficial than that of conventional surgical therapy in the treatment of patients with perianal abscess. 【Key Words】One-time Radical Surgery; Perianal Abscess; Anal Fistula; Retrospective Clinical Analysis ......
