标准桃金娘油胶囊联合特布他林治疗老年喘息型慢性支气管炎的疗效评价

【摘要】目的：探讨标准桃金娘油胶囊联合特布他林治疗老年喘息型慢性支气管炎的疗效。方法：回顾分析了2008年1月～2010年12月在我院就诊的100例老年喘息型慢性支气管炎患者的临床资料，将其随机分为两组，给予不同的药物治疗，比较两组患者的疗效和肺功能改善情况。结果：较对照组，联合用药的治疗组治疗显效率高，患者肺功能改善情况更明显(P<0.05)。结论：联合应用标准桃金娘油胶囊和特布他林治疗老年喘息型慢性支气管炎，疗效明显，并可缩短治疗时间，值得进一步研究应用。
