【摘要】 目的 研究早期先兆流产在经过保胎治疗后妊娠的结局。方法 对比同期我院治疗的先兆流产后保胎的患者后在并发症、胎儿不良结局及初产妇和有流产史的产妇在治疗后妊娠结局的差异。结果 2组产妇在术后并发症的产生及娩出胎儿的不良结局上无明显差异,但实验组产妇前置胎盘和胎盘粘连的发生率要高于对照组,早期先兆流产的患者中初产妇的保胎成功率明显高于流产过的产妇。结论 早期先兆流产患者在保胎治疗后妊娠期及分娩期并发症的产生及娩出胎儿的结局无明显差异。
