【摘要】 目的 探讨护理干预在老年男性前列腺增生切除术中的作用,辅助临床治疗,期望提高临床治愈率。方法 100例前列腺增生患者,随机分成观察组(50例)和对照组(50例),观察组采取护理干预措施,对照组采用传统的护理方法,比较二者的护理效果。结果 观察组护理效果明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 护理干预可以减少手术并发症的发生,缓解患者术前的焦虑情绪及减轻疼痛,提高对护理质量的满意度,值得临床推广应用。
