【摘要】 目的 通过临床病例的分析,探讨经尿道等离子体双极电切术治疗膀胱肿瘤中预防闭孔神经反射的方法。方法 2008年至2011年我院采用经尿道等离子体双极电切术手术方式,共治疗膀胱肿瘤患者57例。术中采用神经疲劳法结合含切法及间断点切法,分析术中闭孔神经反射发生情况。结果 57例患者,其中发生不同程度闭孔神经反射8例,无膀胱穿孔。结论 经尿道等离子体双极电切术治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤中采用神经疲劳法结合间断点切法及含切法,能有效降低闭孔神经反射的发生率,增加手术安全性。

    【Abstract】 Objective Through clinical case analysis, to prevent the occurrence of obturator nerve reflex during the discussion transurethral plasma bipolar electricity cut in surgical treatment of bladder tumor.Methods From october 2008 to april 2001 by transurethral plasma from bipolar electricity cut method operation method,were treated patients with bladder tumor 57 cases.Using neural fatigue method combining intercept method and discontinuous points with intraoperative cut method,analysis of obturator nerve reflex occurs.Results Which occur obturator nerve reflex different extent 8 cases in 57 patients,no bladder perforation.Conclusion The urethra plasma bipolar electricity cut in surgical treatment superficial bladder tumor with using the neural fatigue law continuous point cut method and contain cut method,can effectively reduce the incidence of obturator nerve,increase reflected surgery safety. ......
