【摘要】 目的 观察中医辨证治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效。方法 选取我院中医科慢性萎缩性胃炎患者122例,随机分治疗组和对照组各61例,治疗组患者予以柴胡疏肝散加减,对照组患者予以常规西医增强胃动力、保护胃粘膜等内科治疗;2组患者均持续治疗28d。结果 治疗组总有效率为91.8%,对照组为73.8%,2组比较治疗组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论 对萎缩性胃炎采用辨证论治进行对症治疗,治疗效果显著,且不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。
