改良Shiraki术治疗小儿完全型隐匿阴茎(2)
将阴囊皮肤向上推进并结合阴茎背侧皮肤转移而增加包皮外板的使用，有效解决阴茎皮肤缺乏问题。重建阴茎阴囊角，使阴茎外观更挺立、美观，不回缩。
将包皮内外板分别裁剪为2个皮瓣并嵌插缝合以延长包皮外板，减少包皮内板使用，充分裁减皮瓣侧缘，尤其彻底修剪包皮内板皮下的浅筋膜组织，使纵横方向缝合均保持一定张力。皮瓣转移距离短，基底宽大，血供良好。有效防止切口挛缩、包皮顽固性水肿和赘生以及皮瓣坏死和感染。
完整保留包皮系带，必要时切除阴茎悬韧带浅组，极大解决了对阴茎伸长的束缚。
综上所述，改良shiraki式是一种安全、理想、显效的术式，手术操作简单，益于推广应用。
