胃肠道间质瘤的临床病理联系(2)
综上所述，典型的组织学特征，联合应用免疫组化和基因检测有利于明确诊断GIST。GIST肿瘤中，男性，组织学图像里合并出血、坏死、囊性变及核异型性者，恶性度分级多较高，临床治疗与随访过程中应以高度重视。
