[摘要] 目的 观察子宫肌瘤是否对子宫腺肌症超声诊断产生影响。方法 对83例经病理确诊为子宫腺肌病的病人的超声图像进行分析，观察是否合并肌瘤，并与病理结果对照。结果 超声征象有一定的特异性，对48例单纯子宫腺肌病及35例合并肌瘤的患者诊断符合率分别为91.6%和71.4%。结论 合并子宫肌瘤会影响超声对子宫腺肌症的诊断。
