强化治疗对社区高血压患者的临床疗效探讨

[摘要] 目的 探讨强化治疗对社区治疗的高血压患者的临床疗效。方法 将该社区常住的高血压患者256例，分为研究组和对照组各128例。研究组进行强化治疗；对照组行常规治疗。观察各组治疗前、后的血压情况，并进行对比。结果 两组治疗前的血压差别不大；治疗后都有降低，但以研究组更接近理想水平。结论 强化治疗是社区高血压患者的一种较完整的治疗方式。
