血常规与C—反应蛋白对小儿上呼吸道感染早期病原学检测的临床应用(1)

[摘要] 目的 探讨血常规与C-反应蛋白联合检测在小儿上呼吸道感染病原学检测中的临床应用价值。方法 收集2012年4月—2013年6月来该院门诊首诊诊断为上呼吸道感染的2 000例患儿，设为观察组，将同期100例健康儿童设为对照组，比较两组外周血白细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分比、C-反应蛋白分布情况。结果 观察组患儿的外周血白细胞计数、淋巴细胞百分比及CRP间具有相关性，与对照组对比均值间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CRP及白细胞分类检测可作为小儿上呼吸道感染性疾病早期病原的鉴别指标。
