预见性护理对不稳定心绞痛患者护理满意度及临床疗效的影响(1)

[摘要] 目的 探究不稳定心绞痛患者引进预见性护理模式的临床效果，并为该院新的护理理念的开展提供实践指导。方法 选取该院于2010年8月—2012年10月收治的76例不稳定心绞痛患者，采取随机数字表法进行分组，分别设为研究组和对照组，每组各38例。其中对照组实施常规心内科护理措施，研究组实施预见性护理方案。结果 研究组临床疗效高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 预见性护理能够促进患者预后康复，提高治疗效果，同时还可增强护患关系，提升护理满意度，实现医院与患者的双赢效益。
