[摘要] 目的 探讨全程优化护理对颈部CT动脉造影(CTA)高质量成像的影响及其意义。方法 选择该院收治的颈部CTA扫描患者采用不同的方式进行护理，对照组采用常规方式护理，实验组采用全程优化护理，对护理效果进行对比分析。结果 在过敏发生率方面，实验组为2.33%，显著低于对照组的13.33%；在静脉放射状伪影发生率方面，实验组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 全程优化护理方式可以有效提高颈部CTA图像质量降低伪影发生率。
