[摘要] 目的 了解北海市男性流动人口非婚性行为及安全套使用的情况。探讨影响因素提出有效的干预措施。 方法 用整群随机抽样法，使用《流动人群健康调查问卷》进行调查。 结果 共调查对象400例，最近1年发生商业性行为占17.75%，每次都用安全套占47.89%；最近1年与临时性伴发生过性行为占13.00%，每次都用安全套占23.08%。商业性行为中，年龄、户籍、艾滋病知识知晓率对安全套的使用率差异显著。 结论 加大艾滋病知识宣传，推广使用安全套，遏制艾滋病在流动人口中传播。
