[摘要] 目的 探讨超选择双侧子宫动脉化疗栓塞治疗中晚期宫颈癌的临床疗效。方法 经病理证实的98例宫颈癌患者行双侧子宫动脉灌注化疗药加碘油乳剂和明胶海绵栓塞。14例介入治疗后行手术根治术。结果 98例造影显示双侧子宫动脉增粗、扭曲、病灶异常染色、血供丰富。总有效率93.9%，14例介入后2～3周手术根治术，术中出血量少，手术时间短，术中1例输尿管不全梗阻。主要不良反应为白细胞下降、恶心、呕吐、下腹坠胀痛。结论 超选择子宫动脉灌注化疗加栓塞是中晚期宫颈癌理想的综合治疗措施之一，创伤小，并发症低。
