[摘要] 目的 探讨胃癌患者围手术期护理中采用快速康复外科理念的效果。方法 随机将80例胃癌手术患者均分为研究组与对照组，各自40例，其中对照组围手术期给予常规护理，研究组则加用快速康复外科理念护理，对比分析两组患者临床效果。结果 研究组患者在术后住院时间(10.25±0.75)d、伤口愈合时间(10.06±0.45)d及满意度(95.00%)等方面明显优于对照组[(14.56±1.65)d、(20.45±0.66)d、82.50%]，组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 对于胃癌手术患者围手术期结合快速康复外科理念护理，可明显提高护理效果，促进术后恢复，并提高护理满意度，值得借鉴。
