剖宫产术后再次妊娠分娩方式和妊娠结局研究(1)

[摘要] 目的 探讨剖宫产术后再次妊娠的分娩方式选择及妊娠的结局。 方法 随机于该院选取200例剖宫产术后再次妊娠分娩的产妇，比较经阴道分娩及再次剖宫产的情况。结果 再次剖宫产组(RCS)娩出时间(12.6±2.3)s、产时出血量(391.6±31.2)mL，均高于首次剖宫产者(PCS)(5.4±1.6s，241.5±19.3)mL，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，阴道试产及再次剖宫产的新生儿状况无明显差异。结论 对剖宫产术后再次分娩者应合理选择行阴道分娩，以降低剖宫产率、减少母婴并发症。
