宫腔镜治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤的临床研究(1)

[摘要] 目的 探究子宫黏膜下肌瘤患者采用宫腔镜治疗的效果。方法 选取该院收治的76例子宫黏膜下肌瘤的患者，随机分组，实验组有39例患者，采用宫腔镜的治疗方法，对照组37例患者采用开腹手术的治疗方法。结果 实验组在手术的满意度和手术中情况都明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对子宫黏膜下肌瘤患者采用宫腔镜的治疗，由于创口小，能够减少出血量和住院时间，而且利于恢复，是一种良好的治疗方法。
