[摘要] 目的 探讨优质护理在胰岛素泵强化治疗糖尿病中的作用。方法 将60例胰岛素泵强化治疗的糖尿病患者随机分为两组：常规护理组和优质护理组，对比两组护理前后结果。结果 发现两种方法在控制血糖上均有不同程度的作用，但优质护理组在血糖达标时间(4.6±1.5)、平均住院日(8.3±2.6)、低血糖发生率(26.7%)、用药依从性上均明显优于常规护理组，P<0.05，具有统计学意义。结论 优质护理能有效降低胰岛素泵强化治疗糖尿病患者血糖，减少平均住院日，降低低血糖发生率，提高患者用药依从性。
