综上，肩关节损伤的病因多样，各种损伤常同时发生，常规MR因具有较好的软组织分辨率及多方位多角度成像的特点，能够提高诊断率，尤其在肩袖损伤方面，因此可以做为关节镜检查之前重要的检查手段。
