[摘要] 目的 研究糖尿病的有效护理方法及效果。 方法 随机抽取该院2011年8月—2013年8月共收治的68例糖尿病患者，对其进行心理、饮食、运动等护理干预，观察护理效果。 结果 护理后， 患者的生命质量评分由 (106.9±2.3)分下降至(95.2±1.0)分，较护理前有了显著改善，护理前后的生命质量评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 对糖尿病患者进行有针对性的护理，能够有效缓解患者的临床症状，提高其生存质量，效果显著，值得推广应用。
