[摘要] 目的 对腹股沟及其周围疝所致肠梗阻的CT诊断价值进行研究与探讨。方法 采用回顾性分析方法，对该院2006年2月—2014年2月收治的21例腹股沟及其周围疝所致肠梗阻患者进行CT检查。CT检查的项目包括全腹部平扫、动脉期与静脉期的增强。 结果 21例患者均表现出不同程度的肠梗阻。其中，腹股沟斜疝11例，股疝5例，闭孔疝5例。 结论 在临床诊断腹股沟及其周围疝所致肠梗阻，进行CT检查可以获取较为理想的检查结果，值得在临床诊断过程中大力推广使用。
