Herbert螺钉联合带轴支架外固定治疗肱骨远端关节面骨折(2)
综上所述，对于肱骨远端关节面骨折采取早期开放、直视下解剖复位，Herbert螺钉内固定联合带轴支架外固定治疗，具有复位准确、固定牢固、对关节干扰小，可以早期进行肘关节屈伸功能锻炼和预后恢复良好的特点，值得在临床上广泛推广应用。
