切开复位空心松质骨螺钉内固定治疗儿童股骨颈骨折(2)
总之，对于儿童股骨颈骨折的治疗关健在于及时的复位、牢固的固定及早期正确功能训练。切开复位空心松质骨螺钉内固定是治疗儿童股骨颈骨折的有效方法，其疗效显著，内固定可靠，值得推广。
