二维斑点追踪显像技术对心脏扭转变化意义的研究进展(2)
5 展望
2D-STI技术可对心肌运动及局部心功能进行较好的评价,具有无创、实时和定量等优点,逐渐受到广大学者的关注。但由于心脏收缩及扭转运动变化为三维运动,而2D-STI技术仍为二维技术范畴,因此,研究三维超声心电图将是影像学研究的热点[11]。其可对心脏的离体解剖结构进行多角度定性和定量分析,且具有较好的帧频,可对同一周期内的各阶段心肌运动进行追踪,但该技术仍有待深入研究。
