快室率心动过速经射频消融治疗前后心肌损伤标志物的变化探讨(2)
综上所述,射频消融治疗快室率心动过速虽然不会引起患者肌红蛋白以及血清肌酸磷酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)浓度的明显变化,但对心肌肌钙蛋白的影响较大;射频消融治疗会导致心肌出现轻微损伤,但持续时间较短、恢复速度较快,故该种治疗方式仍具有一定的安全性。
