[摘要] 目的 该研究主要是为了探讨改良式老年性睑外翻矫正术在临床治疗过程中的实际运用。方法 选择2012年9月—2014年9月来该院接受治疗的52例(60只眼)下睑外翻的患者临床资料作为研究对象，在接受Kuhnt—Szy—Maniwshir治疗基础上，根据患者病症不同，采取改良的手术治疗方法对下睑外翻进行矫正。结果 经过后期的随访，患者满意率高达95%。无一例出现复发症状。 结论 改良式睑外翻矫正术在治疗老年性下睑外翻过程中能够产生较为显著的效果，值得在后期的临床治疗过程中进行推广使用。
