[摘要] 目的 评价磁共振(MRI)在膝关节半月板与关节软骨病变方面的诊断价值。 方法 选取该院2012年3月—2014年9月期间收治的86例膝关节病变患者，在术前对其进行MRI检查，并观察和分析其诊断结果。 结果 MRI诊断膝关节半月板病变的准确性、特异性及敏感性分别90.4%、94.1%、92.5%，诊断膝关节软骨病变的准确性、特异性及敏感性分别为41.2%、94.1%、65.3%。结论 MRI在诊断膝关节半月板与关节软骨病变方面具有较高的特异性，能早期确定膝关节病变，从而为临床治疗提供影像学支持。
