[摘要]目的 探讨中西医结合社区护理干预对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者复发率的影响。方法 回顾性分析该院于2013年1月—2014年1月收治的110例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者的临床资料，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组55例，对照组实施常规社区护理，观察组实施中西医结合社区护理干预，比较两组患者的复发率。结果 观察组的生活维度、心理维度、生理维度、社会维度等指标均高于对照组，两组生活质量评分比较，P<0.05，差异有统计学意义；观察组的复发率(18.18%)显著低于对照组的复发率(43.64%)，两组复发率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者实施中西医结合社区护理干预，显著降低了患者的复发率，同时也改善了患者的生活质量，值得临床推广应用。

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of community nursing intervention of integrated traditional and western medicine on the recurrence rate of chronic viral hepatitis B.
