[摘要] 目的 探讨阿奇霉素联合热毒宁治疗恙虫病的效果。 方法 随机选择2013年10月—2014年11月，该院住院的符合恙虫病诊断标准40例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组20例。对照组只用阿奇霉素0.25～0.5 g/d；治疗组在阿奇霉素基础上合用热毒宁20 mL/d。比较两组患者7 d内临床治疗效果。 结果 两组治愈率相同，但治疗组在退热时间、临床症状改善明显优于对照组；其退热时间为(8.2±3.1)、(32.6±8.4)h肌肉酸痛，乏力明显改善。 结论 阿奇霉素联合热毒宁治疗恙虫病能明显改善临床症状。
