[摘要] 目的 探讨早期护理干预对肛肠术后患者排尿排便的影响。 方法 将该院收治的128例肛肠外科手术患者随机分为干预组和对照组，各64例，对照组患者予以常规护理，干预组在对照组基础上，增加早期护理干预措施，比较两组患者的排尿、排便情况。 结果 干预组术后排便困难发生率及排尿困难发生率均显著低于对照组，P<0.05；干预组术后的VAS评分显著低于对照组，P<0.05；干预组患者的总满意率为95.31%，显著高于对照组的76.69%，P<0.05，差异有统计学意义。 结论 早期护理干预可有效预防肛肠外科术后排便、排尿困难，加快术后康复进程，提升患者的护理满意度，值得推广。
