[摘要] 新生儿高胆红素血症是新生儿期常见问题之一，是由于胆红素生产过多，排泄较差，而导致的体内胆红素积聚。为防止胆红素过高所导致的神经系统后遗症，发现高胆红素血症需及时治疗。该研究对近几年新生儿高胆红素血症的治疗方法及新进展作一综述，为临床早期干预治疗，减少神经系统后遗症的发生提供参考。
