[摘要] 目的 探讨重度膝外翻畸形全膝置换术的手术方法及临床治疗效果。方法 对2008年6月—2013年6月所收治的21例重度膝外翻患者常用全膝关节置换术治疗进行回顾性分析。结果 所有病例随访时间为1～5年，平均3年，膝关节外翻畸形均完全矫正，膝关节HSS评分达83～97分，膝关节活动度提高至850～1100，外翻度数(股胫角)降至00～100，全部病例未发生感染，血管神经损伤及髌骨脱位，未发现假体松动。 结论 重度膝外翻畸形患者常用常规截骨，正确的软组织松解及选择合适的假体植入，可很好的矫正外翻畸形，获得满意疗效。
