[摘要] 目的 探讨儿童牙颌畸形预防措施和早期治疗效果。方法 该研究随机选取儿童牙颌畸形40例，均为该院2013年8月—2014年8月收治的，其中开牙合5例，前牙反牙合11例，深覆牙合4例，前牙拥挤9例，牙间隙宽3例，下颌后缩8例，针对畸形，制定相应的矫正方案。 结果 该选取的40例患者，效果均较理想，满意度为100%，随访示无并发症和其它明显异常畸形。矫正前磨牙位移(5.86±0.77)mm，矫正后为(3.73±0.33)mm，患儿磨牙位移明显缩小，切牙凸距减小量明显增大，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 加大牙颌畸形预防和治疗力度，可维持儿童口腔健康水平。
