[摘要] 目的 探讨创伤伴失血性休克患者的急救护理效果。 方法 整群选取该院2013年1月—2014年1月收治的创伤伴失血性休克患者72例作为研究对象，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。按照护理方式划分，对照组36例常规护理，观察组36例急救护理，观察两组抢救成功率。 结果 对照组抢救成功率为72.2%，明显低于观察组93.8%，对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 对于创伤伴失血性休克患者一定要采用急救护理，以最大限度对患者生命予以挽救，降低死亡率。
