[摘要] 目的 研究小儿严重创伤术后ICU治疗的临床效果，并分析其应用价值。方法 随机选取该院自2010年2月—2013年8月220例严重创伤小儿作为研究对象，随机分为实验组和对照组，每组创伤小儿110例，实验组患者采用术后ICU治疗，对照组患者采用常规治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果和并发症发生情况。 结果 实验组患儿的住院时间为(19.56±3.76)d，并发症发生率为3.64%，显著低于对照组的(9.52±2.02)d和17.27%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 小儿严重创伤术后采用ICU治疗具有显著临床效果，值得广泛推广。
