经皮椎体成型术治疗椎体血管瘤临床疗效分析(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨经皮椎体成型术治疗椎体血管瘤的临床治疗效果。 方法 整群收集2010年1月—2014年12月在该创伤骨科行经皮椎体成型术治疗椎体血管瘤的36例患者作为观察组，选取该院同期收治的实施传统手术治疗的36例患者作为对照组，对其治疗效果进行总结分析。结果 观察组临床缓解率为94.4%，对照组临床缓解率为75.0%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 经皮椎体成型术治疗椎体血管瘤可以明显缓解患者的临床症状，对身体的创伤小，安全系数较高，值得在临床上推广应用。
