口腔正畸修复治疗牙列缺损的临床探讨(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨分析口腔正畸修复治疗牙列缺损的临床效果，以更好地修复治疗牙列缺损。方法 回顾分析该院口腔科2011年3月—2014年3月期间接受牙列缺损修复治疗的112例的患者的临床资料，根据治疗方法的不同，将患者分为两组，治疗组和对照组，每组56例，对照组采用常规方法治疗，观察组采用口腔正畸修复治疗，对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果 随访12个月，治疗组总优良率为92.9%，明显高于对照组64.3%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组口腔感染、软组织水肿、不舒适感率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 口腔正畸修复治疗牙列缺损，可取得理想的修复效果，值得临床推广与应用，对保障患者生存质量意义重大。
