神经外科手术颅内感染的临床分析(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨神经外科手术颅内感染的临床表现，并总结相关治疗手段。 方法 随机抽取该院神经外科2008年5月—2015年3月接收的64例颅内感染患者作为研究对象，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。 结果 该组64例患者经积极治疗后44例患者痊愈，10例患者显著好转，7例患者好转，2例患者未愈，见1例死亡；治疗时间为8～23 d，平均治疗时间为(11.6±2.0)d。结论 神经外科颅内感染较为常见，应及时查明病因，参照患者的实际病情采取相应的治疗方案，以改善患者治疗结局。
