亚甲蓝罗哌卡因混合液在混合痔全结扎术后镇痛作用的临床探讨(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨研究以亚甲蓝为主的长效镇痛液对混合痔全结扎术后的临床镇痛效果。方法 随机抽机2014年4—12月将60例混合痔结扎术患者随机分成观察组30例和对照组 30例，观察组采用亚甲蓝与罗哌卡因混合液止痛，对照组采用亚甲蓝与布比卡因混合液止痛，比较两组的镇痛效果。 结果 术后2 h观察组与对照组疼痛指数比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，术后4 h、8 h治疗组和对照组比较，疼痛明显减轻，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 亚甲蓝与罗哌卡因混合液在混合痔全结扎术中镇痛效果较好。
