金黄散外敷预防静脉炎的护理效果探讨(1)

     [摘要] 目的 客观评价金黄散外敷预防静脉炎的护理效果，重点总结提升预防静脉炎形成的护理方法。 方法 随机选择该院2012年11月—2014年10月接收的26例脑病患者(A组)，予以静脉穿刺+金黄散外敷+综合护理；同期选择26例脑病患者(B组)，仅予以静脉穿刺，深入观察所有入选患者的护理情况以及静脉炎发生情况，并且对各项数据进行客观比较。结果 上述入选患者中，A组入选患者中有1例出现静脉炎，总发生率3.85%；B组入选患者中有6例出现静脉炎，总发生率23.08%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对于静脉穿刺患者，采取金黄散外敷预防静脉炎不仅可以提升患者临床效果，而且还可以控制静脉炎出现，效果突出，可推广。
