PFNA治疗不稳定股骨隆间骨折的临床应用研究(1)
[摘要] 目的 研究不稳定股骨隆间骨折应用PFNA治疗的临床效果。 方法 回顾性随机选择来自2014年6月—2015年6月于该院收治的70例不稳定股骨隆间骨折患者资料，根据内固定方案分为两组，每组各35例，对照组使用的是DHS内固定术方式，观察组使用的是PFNA内固定术方式，对资料进行对比和分析。结果 观察组术中出血量(90.06±36.14) mL、手术及骨折愈合时间(50.12±6.20) min、(11.10±2.41)周均比对照组(485.20±37.12) mL、(85.28±6.86) min、(24.54±4.50)周优，比较均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 不稳定股骨隆间骨折患者应用PFNA治疗的临床效果显著。
